Deep healing. Focused time. Accelerated results.

Is Traditional Therapy Not Moving You Forward?

You’ve developed coping skills.
You understand your patterns.
You’ve talked about the trauma.

But your nervous system still reacts.
The memories still hold charge.
Something still feels unresolved.

You don’t have the time to devote to weekly therapy sessions

You’re balancing career, parenting, leadership, or life transitions.

You’re seeking deeper, more concentrated healing

Not just insight, but measurable relief.

You’re in the right place.

Intensives can help you accomplish in one session what may take months in traditional therapy.

What Is a Trauma Therapy Intensive?

A trauma therapy intensive is an extended session (3 hours to multiple days) designed to help you process and resolve traumatic memories more efficiently than traditional weekly therapy.

Instead of spreading trauma work over months, we dedicate uninterrupted time to:

  • Reprocess traumatic memories

  • Reduce emotional triggers

  • Shift negative core beliefs

  • Decrease anxiety and panic

  • Restore nervous system regulation

  • Create lasting cognitive and emotional change

Many clients accomplish in one intensive what may otherwise take months of weekly therapy.

Your Options

Choose the modality

We will determine the trauma modality that is right for you.

  • EMDR Intensives (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

EMDR helps the brain reprocess traumatic memories so they no longer feel overwhelming or emotionally charged.

    During an EMDR intensive, we:

    • Identify specific traumatic targets

    • Use bilateral stimulation (eye movements or tapping)

    • Desensitize emotional distress

    • Install adaptive beliefs (e.g., “I am safe,” “It wasn’t my fault,” “I am enough”)

EMDR intensives are highly effective for:

    • PTSD

    • Childhood trauma

    • Religious trauma

    • Miscarriage grief

    • Anxiety and panic

    • Negative core beliefs

  • Brainspotting Intensives

Brainspotting works by accessing trauma stored in the subcortical brain and nervous system. It allows deep processing with less verbal retelling.

    During a Brainspotting intensive, we:

    • Identify activation in the body

    • Locate a “brainspot” connected to stored trauma

    • Allow the nervous system to process at a deeper level

    • Support organic emotional release

    Brainspotting intensives are ideal for:

    • Complex trauma

    • Developmental trauma

    • Somatic symptoms

    • Chronic stress patterns

    • Emotional blocks

    • High-performing professionals who intellectualize their experiences

  • Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) uses eye movements combined with voluntary image replacement to help reduce distress from traumatic memories.

    During an ART intensive, we:

    • Identify distressing images

    • Use eye movements to process

    • Replace painful imagery with preferred imagery

    • Reduce emotional charge quickly

ART intensives are particularly helpful for:

    • Single-incident trauma

    • Phobias

    • Grief

    • Medical trauma

    • Performance anxiety

    • Clients seeking rapid symptom relief
