CLinical supervision for SC and NC
Clinical Supervision
For LPC-Associates (SC) and LCMHC-Associates (NC) seeking supportive, feedback-rich, and growth-oriented supervision on their journey to full licensure.
My Supervision Model Focuses On:
Clinical Depth
Understanding trauma, attachment, dissociation, and complex presentations beyond surface-level symptom management.
Ethical Decision Making
Clear application of ACA ethics, mandated reporting laws (SC & NC), dual relationships, and documentation standards.
Trauma-Informed Modalities
Integration of EMDR, Brainspotting, and ART principles even if you are not yet formally trained.
Professional Identity & Confidence
Helping you move from “Am I doing this right?” to grounded clinical presence.
I’m Ernesta.
